Advocare SparkWhat is a good energy drink while working, or before or after?

Is there a good energy drink to drink while working on? I drank Spark (by Advocare) but I'm tired of the same thing. Suggestions?

Pretraining
Approximately 45-60 minutes before your workout, eat a small meal consisting of easily digestible complex carbohydrates. It may even be a handful of complex carbohydrates liquids (Myoplex Sport). It helps control your blood sugar level during your workout and help give you the energy to get through.

Training Courses
If you're not running hard to extend periods of time, Gatorade is completely useless and may even harm your training. Stick with water, about 6-8 ounces every 30 minutes.

Post-Workout
Within 10 minutes from the end of your workout, you would have to have some form of complex carbohydrates or carbohydrate shake. Do not miss this window.

After 1 hour
The lean meat or fish with vegetables and lighter water.

Powerade is a sports drink called Advance. I have not tried it but it is probably a good workout drink. I tried Bally's Blast is made for training and also Sobe No Fear. Monster Khaos and Lost Five-O have a lot of juice might be good for after training.

Gatorade sports drinks or other similar calls electrolytes that your body uses energy when you work on. The water will not do. Electrolytes are special sugars that the muscles use more energy when they contract and expand.

Water is probably the best drink for an athlete.

Emergency C drink mix powder (entrance in small packages)

I would use Gatorade.

The best thing is really Gatorade. Because deep is the water, but it is adding the surger your body is empty of any excercising. water dosn't give you the back and can not really prevent dehydration.

Water. Most energy drinks are packed with sugar. If you work to lose weight or stay fit, you should avoid sugar. Turn the water clean and pure in your system, your body will clean and not having to work off of sugar or artificial flavors (contaminants)
