Beer Bottle Bong

Beer Bottle BongHow can I bottle caps of glue to my table to make a great beer bong table?

superglue? Hot glue? Glass on the finished product? I'm sure there are people on Yahoo Answers, which have large tables of CAP bottle of beer pong, so if you can help explain the process you I'd be very happy.

we use epoxy composites. I did a little top-measure myself. I would use it as a toolbox on top of work, but it was too nice!
the site has received instructions.
it takes time and patience ... but the finished product looks amazing!

An epoxy resin will give you the best results. I was going to build a table with all the caps I had collected, but never got around to it. If you use epoxy, I would build it upside down, the air trapped under the caps will increase while the epoxy is in the process otherwise. Get cons-clad, half-inch thick should be much stronger. You'll also need some parts to build a trough. measure the plywood to the desired size, cut two identical pieces and cut the four sides to fit. The epoxy take some dry weather to make the sides only slightly larger than the caps. You'll want to take a plastic coating to protect the table ant soil from the epoxy. The Assembly will go as such: Install plastic on top of a piece of plywood cut. Tack the four sides of the plastic and plywood on the departure side of plywood, make sure the plastic is very flat before you start. You now have a wooden frame with a layer of plastic. Mix the epoxy (you'll need a little) and spread a thin layer on plastic. Put your caps, top to bottom. If you want a model, you can draw it and place it between the plastic and plywood before you start, but your finished product will be the image in a mirror. After the caps are in place, fill the mold with epoxy on top, put the second piece of plywood on it and screw it to the chassis. You should get some epoxy flows out, wipe it quickly if its difficult to remove. Let dry for at least a day. Push it and remove the plywood you tacked on the origin and peel the plastic. You'll have a shiny surface with flat caps embedded in epoxy and a wooden frame.

Do not forget to pay tribute to your table ended up using cups good: Cups ReRack!

Use hot glue.
