3 Easy Banana Bread Recipes When it comes to cooking with bananas, one of my favorite things to do, it's banana bread. Why? Making bread is quick and easy and the benefits of eating bananas are numerous.
Health Services: Bananas are good for you because they are rich in potassium and low in sodium, which makes the fruit perfect health. They are ideal for reducing depression, the realization of the bone and intestinal health and blood pressure regulation.
Here are 3 of my favorite recipes.
Banana Bread Beer
2 v. flour
1 / 2 c.. cinnamon
1 / 2 c.. vanilla
1 / 2 c. sugar
1 tsp mashed ripe banana
1 tsp warm beer
1 1 / 2 tsp tea. honey
Mix all ingredients in large bowl until blended. Place dough in a loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
A loaf Nana
1 / 2 c. vegetable oil
1 1 / 2 tsp mashed bananas
1 / 2 c.. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1 / 2 tsp Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp sugar
1 / 2 c. chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of loaf pan. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan until moistened. Beat until smooth, about 1 minute. Bake for 55 minutes or until done.
Banana Raisin Bread
1 / 3 cup butter, melted
2 / 3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp mashed ripe bananas
3 c. tablespoons milk
2 v. flour
1 tsp teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 c. baking soda
1 / 4 c. salt
1 tsp raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan. Mix butter, sugar and eggs, mix bananas and milk. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Add to banana mixture, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in raisins. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until done.
