If you're like me, you can easily get caught in a diet too easily. Is this too many calories? Should I eat more protien? Does contain deathadroxalyn?

Sometimes it is easy to forget the simple things we can do to keep shedding pounds, and one of the most effective and easiest to do is to drink water all day.

How much should I drink? In the spirit of simplicity, eight 8 oz glasses a day is a minimum. It could be less if you do not weigh much or does not exert much energy all day, but drinking a glass or two more than you need will not hurt. Bodybuilders drink a gallon per day.

Wow, that'sa lot! It may seem like a lot right now. It may be a good idea just to start with a glass of water per meal and work from there.

But I do not want to spend half my day pee! Do not worry. Frequent visits to the bathroom only last a few days. Your body gets rid of any dirty water, it has been chosen because you do not drink enough to replace.

Once you hit your point of "breakthrough" your ride bi-hourly stops the orchestra.

Why should I drink water to lose weight? There are two reasons actually.

- The liver metabolizes fat. The liver also helps the kidneys. If the kidneys are not getting enough water, they need help. If your liver is busy helping your kidneys, it has not many resources to burn fat.

- If you are not drinking enough water, your body has trouble distinguishing the thirst for hunger. So you may be eating when you should drink!

- In the same vein, studies have shown that people who drink a glass of water before a meal consume fewer calories during the meal. Fewer calories = more weight lost.

Should I drink water cold or warm? It is not enough of a significant difference to matter, but if you have no preference one way or another, the cold is a bit better . The body absorbs more quickly, and you have to spend a few calories to warm back up.
