Bubble Drink

why most of the German people drink water with bubbles instead of plain water?
Is there a particular reason or just behond this mode, because I asked people many German and they do not know.

I think the carbonation settles their stomachs, as they eat their lunch and lighter heavy evening. Also the water in Germany can not be appreciated by all.

I can not say IVE noticed while spending much time there, but id imagine it was just a trend

Otherwise, how do you learn to burp like a German real!

Maybe that tap water is not safe to drink, or they do not like the taste of it ... just a thought.

For the taste, most people do not like the taste of non-carbonated water.
