Carrot DietHow can you tell if the carrot juice / wheatgrass / good diet makes you feel better or if it's just a good day?

I drank wheat grass and carrot juice for a week now and I am very optimistic about everything, whereas before I was a bit in a rut. I do not know if it's just because things have been going good lately, or whether changes to my diet is actually making me feel better. I also exercised over the last three weeks or so, and I'm not sure if that's why I'm feeling better.

Anyone have ideas to measure exactly what works for you and what is not?

Disagree with the response Sheryl g. The wheatgrass juice is a wonderful source of chlorophyll life. Chlorophyll is a pigment in plants that contain magnesium. Carrot juice plays the most important part in supplying a baby of vitamin A. Lots of pain associated with aging, will be improved during the ingestion of carrot juice on a daily basis. Eat healthy, train, and most importatly have a positive attitude will help you feel better. Just keep doing what you do and watch your body and learn to know what really helps you and what does not work.

The best way to measure what works and what does not is to stop what you do for a few days and see how you feel. For example, if you are in doubt wheatgrass, so stop taking it, but continue to do everything else. In a few days if it has been working for you, then you should feel a little worse than usual. If it does not help, then you'll feel exactly the same thing.

Whatever you do, just follow the positive outlook! ;)

Whenever you try a new regiment, if food, herbal medicines or new, you should give your body about 4 weeks to see how it will effect you long term. You should be able to tell just by what you feel, if the regiment is good for you.

Just the excercising alone would make you feel better as your natural hormones it produces feel good serotonin, and wheat grass and carrot can be a bit more help on wheatgrass.I have been a vegan since I was 17 now im 45.My experience is the excersising keep me feeling positive and energetic, you can eat what you want in moderation, but if ur not getting enough excersise u will go down the hill.
The grass is the main source of food.
