Crystal Champagne Flutes

Hello everyone ... I have a couple of champagne flutes in Waterford Crystal Millennium, but one lens now has a couple of chips on the rim. Can it be repaired?

They can be ground and the glass can be re-polished However, depending on the depth of the chips, there may be a slight increase (usually not visible) difference in height of the panels.
