1. Importance of CSR and business ethics

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and business ethics have increased significantly in developed countries and developing countries in recent decades. CSR and business ethics are concerned about the care of human beings and society. For this reason, CSR has become a must for concerned leaders of each country. But efficiency can be gained as a target.

The growing importance of business ethics and CSR in recent years has contributed to "the promotion of human rights in China" and it can be important to engage the interest "of awareness on the work of business, social and environmental practices, "according Backgrounder (2008). 2. Political Perspective of CSR
