Diet Cola ChickenHow is this for a diet?

I want to lose about a stone - if not a bit more and have developed a diet of my own to try to transfer some of the weight!

Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
Dinner - soup (less than 200 kcal) and a fruit
Tea - something like fish and vegetables and pasta - or potatoes, chicken and vegetables, etc.
Pudding - no sugar jelly and fruit
Beverages - water and diet cola

Paired with the gym four times a week for 45 minutes each time - you think I will get there?

Yeah, that sounds like a good start. I recommend eating carbohydrates such as pasta and bread in the morning and not ion after about 17 hours. In this way, the body has time to digest before going to bed. I found this really cool site that monitors http://www.alfitness.com.au calories you're inlet to the calories you burn AR (equivalent to weight loss). You should take a look. I found lots of alternatives for different food on it.

Yes it looks like a diet good enough for me ...
