Dr Pepper Bottles If you drink bottled water to improve weight loss and wellness? 50 years ago, people living near sources of fresh water probably joked about the absurdity of their bottling pure water and make extra money for themselves. Who would ever pay for water when they can get away completely free of their tap? Well look at us now! They did not know he would become a trend not only to drink bottled water, but some people pay through the nose to allow it to improve weight loss and wellness! Why do we now consider the tap water must be so dangerous? What happened to make us think that we should buy bottled water at the grocery store? Is it simply a marketing genius to make us think that we need something we do not really ... like Starbucks and Blu-Ray? And more importantly, how can we really sure that bottled water is even better for us? The bottled water or not, we all need water ... especially if we are trying to lose weight or maintain a safe, healthy way. Believe it or not, the U.S. has some of the highest standards of tap water in the world. Superior, in fact, that the standards set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for bottled water. The proof is in history. Have you ever heard of someone becoming ill health because they drank tap water rather than bottled water? I did not. I've never heard of anyone grow or be deprived of vitamins and minerals in tap water is. Perhaps there is a small taste difference, but certainly not enough to justify spending $ 20 extra per week in this time of economic crisis. What people should be worrying, what are the other liquids they drink every day. Why worry about water when it contains nothing harmful to your body? Beverages like soda, latte and smoothies fat and anything with food on the label are the real culprits of poor health and weight gain. Soda not only fills the body with sugar and salt unnecessary, it depletes calcium from your bones! The process of making diet sodas are even worse. The same ingredients that are used in floor cleaners are used to make sodas. Think about it the next time you try to decide between a Dr. Pepper and root beer. I would not go out on a limb here to say that the tap water or bottled water for free is a much healthier choice than one of these. What about all those ads fruit juice you see? You know the ones where they are ... Fresh fruit is taken right from the tree and be pressed right into the bottle for you. Would not it be great if this was true at affordable prices? The next time you think it is a healthy choice to improve weight loss and well-being, the image makers mix the juice of fresh fruit with sugar and preservatives. This is what is actually happening. Is tap water and bottled water sounds even better? The biggest culprit of all these probably the alcohol. Any unsafe drinking limited to occasional use is not harmful, but alcohol is more addivctive soda and fruit juice. Do I really need to go into all the health benefits of avoiding alcohol? We've heard it all before. Even if you drink alcohol, you'll need even more tap water to hydrate your system more ... then just jump all together! Do not leave the subject, but it is the drink you really need to be anxious to avoid if you're serious about how to improve weight loss and wellness. It is not the Betwa small differences.
