Drunk Driving - Tips Please anyone? I know this will seem a little far-fetched, and read what is not going to believe what they read. But the real truth!
Recently, I was walking home from a night out with friends when the police stopped me and arrested for drunk driving. At the time I didn't have a clue what was happening, they gave me a first test, then arrested me and took me to the station. But the thinking is I know I was on the line?
Anyway, it turns out they found the car I was driving crashed about 3 or 4 miles on the road ... they never said how long it was there or anything! I just took to the station, research, made a call, then dumped in a cell overnight to "dry" as they put it. He was very intimidated.
Anyway the next morning, they asked me, without really giving me any details on the conduct of the car and crashing it .. thing is that I have glass in my shoe, and apparently there was glass in place of the accident too!? What are the chances.
Anyyywayy .. What will I do? I must return to them again for more questions, I suppose ... so I guess they will sue me?
But I didn't do it! My arrested three miles from where he was! Does anyone have a suggestion for me?
would really appreciate
You're right - it is far fetched and I certainly do not believe you.
IF and it is a very big IF, you do not crash the car when you were drunk, then get a lawyer.
If they want, they can Annalize glass made of your shoe with that of the scene of the accident, and get started.
From the sound of your floor, you try to get the sympathy of those YA But it seems that if we are not fooled by your story ..
You have the crime, then take the consequences like a man ... It ... Unless you can prove otherwise ..
I u covered!
First, do not answer all your questions without a lawyer ... DO NOT make a statement.
Secondly, this is your defense: I drank a large quantity. I was not drunk when they arrested me, but I failed the test because of the amount I drank before stopping. So technically, I was not drunk. As for the car accident ... none of his people crash their cars every day.
You need a good lawyer, not a load of people's opinions at random.
You've probably forgotten that you wreck.
You took the end of, stop doing stories and accept your punishment.
