Fat Loss Drink During the fat loss, should drink milk or not? Skim milk is fine, but you should not go above. Definitely do not drink whole milk. Milk is ideal for protein content. Skim milk or low fat (less than 2%) is your best bet if to keep the calories lower. I actually think milk low fat no fat milk, because many dieters are not getting enough fat in their diet, and believe it or not, fat is a very important nutrient - it has a bad reputation because most people eat too much.
