Food And Drink Hampers

Food And Drink HampersWhat cheeses can be put into a gift hamper unrefridgerated?

I am convening a food / drink gift hamper for the draw for my friend is trying to raise money for charity, I wine and shock so far and the thought of adding cheese, biscuits and the block - if I had the cellophane film barrier on the eve of the draw what cheese I could put in the hamper that will keep for a couple of days before the cart reached the victor?

Kept in a cool, Stilton cheddar would be nice. I would not put soft cheese (Brie) in 'til last minute as it has short life.
Can I buy tickets?. Sounds like something I would win.

I feel it is safe if I put in processed cheese really like these type of places gift basket put in. I do not know about "real" cheeses that would be safe. Maybe the hard cheese, like a piece of Parmesan cheese?

Other things you might be put in - little boxes smoked oysters (some people like them), fancy olives, crackers, water, heart-shaped (the gourmet or specialty stores, usually), teas or fruit. Now I know there are suggestions of such a different direction than you but it's just an idea.

You can put any cheese, hard cheese, but still better. Cheddar, Gouda, Havarti, Swiss, Manchego, Stilton cheese, Muenster everything would be fine.
