Lunch: -300 calories worth of vegetables steamed (peas, lima beans, asparagus, salad) with tomatoes.

- Freshly squeezed / fruit juice lemon juice, orange, grapefruit, and kiwi. (I calculated about 300 calories). with the pulp. without adding water or chemicals or aynthing .. house
immediately after drinking the juice, I felt very bloated and I felt very full for the rest of the day. During dinner, I always felt very complete if I could not eat much ..
exercised for an hour (probably burned 300 calories)
Dinner: 200 calories of whole wheat spaghetti with a little red pepper cooked
200 calories of cake
I mean, I just could not force myself to eat more meals .. I was so heavy for a large cup of fruit juice .. but is it still possible? I mean, the fruits have a lot of vitamins .. and vegetables for lunch was healthy nutrition for others .. bread and spaghetti was a bit of carbs ..
Was this unhealthy? I had a lot of energy during exercise of all the natural sugar in fruit ..
my body do more fat in my meals today? or is it?
No food was not unhealthy it was very good.
Sometimes I feel bloated after drinking the juice. Perhaps it happens it fair?
You ate very healthy, I do not know why you felt bloated. Maybe some of your fruit has gone bad?
