How much caffeine does 10mg of leaf extract of green tea? I have the Women's Ultra Mega Heart Vitapak GNC multivitamin and he says he is 10 mg of green tea leaf extract. I'm curious to see how it contains a lot of caffeine? Does anyone have an idea?
