High Calorie DrinksWhat are the beverages high in calories and snacks / food?

I need to gain muscle. People tell me to take high-calorie foods and beverages. What are they uh? (:

You certainly need protein for muscle, but you also need carbohydrates. They work well together.
Just avoid the flat and / or fatty foods.

For muscle, you need protein, not high in calories. Protein will burn your fat and replace muscle, while foods high in fat calories will add weight to all the wrong places.

Examples of foods rich in protein:

Chicken
Eggs
Tofu
Turkey
Fish
Beans
Nuts, seeds
Beef (beef but not unhealthy, as it is a misconception! Lean beef!)

Good luck, man! And we need a little work, too! Not eating all the time, eh.

BACON

It means that if you eat too many of them, you grow FAT
