Houdini Wine Opener

wine vacuum pump (ie VacuVin or Houdini) or an inert gas (ie private Preserve). Also, what is the inert gas used in the Private Preserve?

Certainly vacuum, pump, and then store in the refrigerator if you do not plan to drink the next day. Not a fan of red wine cooler? Simply remove it from the refrigerator and pour into your glass of wine one hour before serving / drinking. (Your supposed to let it breathe still achieve flavor).
It looks a bit boring, but I swear, it works for me alllll the time!

I find it helps to use a pump to empty wine that takes the air. The wine becomes stale less quickly and they are cheap. Me hate to throw a bottle at the front almost complete, it went wrong.
