The sports are part of the health industry and very aware of "the body need to stay in good condition for optimal performance. This includes understanding the physiology of the body, how it works, what it takes to be healthy, why it's wrong and how to cure it.

The material conditions for improving performance are complex, with the largest being the constant flow of liquid. As coaches, managers, coaches and athletes, to understand the fluid in one form or another tend to be very accessible, ensure adequate hydration during and after intense exercise.

The drawback with these is that most of them contain unnecessarily high levels of sugar, artificial colorings and flavorings, not to mention the inclusion of the sweetener, aspartame. The safe use of chemicals such as aspartame to sweeten drinks, sports drinks, dietary sweeteners for hot drinks etc. is being discussed.

Aspartame, commonly known as NutraSweet, was considered revolutionary for the diet in the 1980s, but over the years, after much research, is thought to cause problems of overweight and cause various diseases including dizziness, headache, difficulty breathing. Other more serious health problems related to the use of aspartame are possible brain damage, birth defects, hyperactivity, aggression and sweet cravings.

Therefore, the idea of using these drinks containing the chemical in a place known for inviting people to improve their health seems ironic. The installation of water coolers in many gyms and sports centers to overcome this problem and provides an instant solution thirst. Other provisions are selling water in bottles, some with added electrolytes to replace salts lost during exercise and fruit juices, which are healthier.

There are sports drinks on the market that are excellent for filling liquid and salts containing no artificial chemicals and sportsmen and women must be at the forefront of promoting the use of healthy beverages. Otherwise, cool, fresh water from bottles, coolers or tap water to prevent dehydration during sports is as effective means health and hydration.
