Everyone I know who likes Mexican food is in the enthusiasm - the nachos and cheese, taco beef, the Chile rellenos, not to mention the margaritas and lime-infused drink. How do you think about 1,000 calories a day? Well, experts advise you, or not at all until you feel confident that you can order with moderation.
Some people can eat just one. Whatever they offered, it is a tortilla chip or a chocolate chip cookie, they take a small sample and never go back for more. However, most people do not like that. If you "re watching your weight, you may need to avoid most convenience food stores, snack section of your supermarket, and all Mexican restaurants.
When you know you will not be satisfied with smaller portions of your favorite foods, stay away until you feel stronger. Never say "never" but certainly find a way to say "not now".
Even if you're an independent operator and you have the habit of making decisions for yourself, do not be afraid to admit, if you can not handle this one. You can find a buddy or friend power exercise, join a gym, participate in a program of weight loss, or seek professional advice.
Keep your food fresh

Remember, too, that some things do not change with the seasons. You need to drink as much water in winter as you do in the summer, and your body needs good nutrition and a good workout throughout the year.
