Lucozade Sports Drink

I only drink two bottles of Lucozade Sport at the gym while working today and after I watched the bottle and said he had sugar and it hurt me or not I'm losing weight, so I'm going to the gym to workout

Why not drink sparkling water, it does not rot your teeth.
Or the ordinary tap water. Lovely cold with a slice of fresh lemon.

When someone in the hospital brought me a bottle of Lucozade nurse told me she was full of sugar. Not exactly good for the teeth or face. Good luck with the gym.
