How can you make your own energy drink? plz ingrediants simple.

Do not use sugar because it will be stored as fat in your body and do not give you quick energy.
I'm not sure what type of energy drink like Gatorade that you want to drink during training or to drink at home to advance???

So if you can make a banana milkshake with milk light, its the best. Gold eat a banana and drinking water. bananas contain natural sugars and mixtures in your system faster while the milk before you give the protein for muscle recovery.
Another option is a healthy drink green. Please do not get discouraged by what most people it works wonders for your body and taste.
let stand for about 7-10 Dark green leafy lettuce in your food processing, a big red apple and add water. Whiz all pour into a glass with ice and your energy is ready to go!
