Manischewitz Wine

Obviously, not very knowledgeable about wine. Wondering how to store Manischewitz Concord grape before and after the opening (if that makes a difference)? I do not have a wine cellar or something like that. Just a refrigerator.

This wine should be consumed fairly soon after you buy it, if your kitchen is fine cons. Once it is opened, seal it and put it in the refrigerator up to one week or two.
