Keep in mind, I tend to eat very healthy, so if you do not have the ingredients I use, usually you can substitute your own choice. So my actions are in the dark, so nothing is ever exact. Banana Supreme 1 frozen banana One of my ultimate favorite summer smoothies that guarantees to be delicious. Personally, I love to add the mixture of powdered chai which then makes a creamy chai banana that is absolutely delicious. Matcha Smoothie Energy Booster plain yogurt or rice milk The Smoothy is simple and easy. It is not sweet at all so I usually add a jet of liquid stevia. You can substitute stevia for honey or other type of sweetener if you like. This smoothie is delicious, healthy and a real energy booster real Beautiful Blueberry Smoothie frozen blueberries I love blueberries and they happen to make a great smoothie (just be sure to select the remains of your teeth afterwards!). Half a banana that adds a little sweetness to this smoothie and you can also substitute another type of fruit if you wish. Fruit Smoothie Surprise Add any leftover fruit ... from apples, nectarines, apricots, blueberries, strawberries, peaches and banana. The taste of this smoothie is always a surprise. You never know what you're going when you just add a lot of everything. Usually, it is often very pleasant aroma and sweet. I literally made one with almost all of the above ingredients and it is strange that no research but less tasty. You can see a theme with all my smoothies. The ingredients are quite similar with some variations. Smoothies listed above are all healthy and wonderful to taste.
