Merlot Wine Merlot and Chardonnay Chardonnay is a white wine made from a variety of green grape skins. The flavors are associated with a local Chardonnay and oak. It is considered neutral wine, light in flavor. Many places around the world known for producing Chardonnay are France, Burgundy, Champagne, North America, California, Australia, Italy and New World wine regions. There are many types of dry Chardonnay wines and sweet wines from grapes. If a Chardonnay has not gone through malolactic fermentation, the wine will taste like apple. The harder malic acid, is when it is converted by fermentation it will taste creamier. The oak is also burnt in some measure introduces a grilled flavor. Wines from many partners in a merlot include Bouchet, Bouche, Petit-Bouchet, Petit-Cabernet, Petit-Vidure, Vidure and Sauvignon Rouge. The origin of this wine comes from the grape of Bordeaux. It is also believed to be produced from a grape transferred from Biturica. Merlot is a red wine. The word is French and means of many kinds of thrushes. Merlot is produced in France, Italy, California, Romania, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, South Africa, Croatia, Hungary, and more. The role of Merlot is to add body and sweetness.
