Muscle Milk Ready to Drink question? IM 15 i lift weights three days a week for 1 hours and days of training ii Muscle Milk RTD drink immediately after im done and do not have dinner. I only started the muscle milk in the last week. there will be any disadvantages of this plan? I am sure to gain muscle without gaining fat?
Mlika muscle will be alright I guess for the heart muscle repariing but I would go with optimum nutrition whey next time its a lot better. but anyway.
yeah but no milk is wat muscle after a workout it greatly increases the recovery time if you have ur post typ proteins folklore and training field. and yes u will gain more muscle by muscle have milk, because it stimulates the recovery time, and protein shakes usually have other ingredients that will help your muscles repair and grow a little bigger too.
No EED you dinner if you want to build muscle u need 6 meals a day. small meals and healthy, no fried foods not sugar nad not caffeine.
