Nutrient DrinkWhat is the best drink / nutrients when dehydration and difficulty keeping anything?

If you have problems keeping things in my advice to you is not SIP drinking ginger ale. when you eat no dairy products at all what makes things worse. Try Soda crackers. For an adult try dishes Coke Cola or ginger ale for a child try Pedialyte. Personally, I drink when I'm dehydrated Poweraid and a sour stomach it helps me a lot, but the flavors are a little hard to take for some people.

During my second pregnancy, morning sickness was so bad that I keep nothing for days and got so dehydrated I almost lost the baby.
