Old SignsAll About Bandit Signs

So you think, what on earth can there be to learn more about setting up plastic signs??? Well, you might be surprised to see how it is to know. I was!

I'm going to figure that if you buy properties, then you most likely sell or lease properties as well. Therefore, I will try to cover both the purchase and sale aspects of signs.

The particular type of sign is discussed hereinafter called the sign BANDIT, or in some regions the sign renegade. They are called orders because many cities have adopted them. Even so, they are a big part of my marketing plan. Did I mention that I bought exactly 150 properties sold and 97 of them in 1998? I have been putting up bandit signs more than 10 years and have never been fined ... yet. Part of my experience is how to avoid conflicts with the police sign. Now, I'm not saying I know everything about everything but I know a thing or two about creating business signs cheap.

NOTICE: This type of advertising is not for everyone. The search for laws and regulations in your area and you decide if the risk is worth the potential reward.

Firstly, Bandit signs are the least expensive by far the most effective way to generate leads than I have ever found. These signs have worked extremely well in both the acquisition and later sale of the company. It always blows me away ... I get more a sign of fifty cents than anything I've ever done. For a time in my early career I did not even pay for the signs (more on the latter). Over the years I learned more about the signs that I even realized there was to know. I was not until I sat down to write this special report that I actually consider how much thought goes into this simple act of marketing.

MATERIALS: I Coroplast. Coroplast like cardboard in design but it is made of plastic instead of paper. If you study a piece of corrugated cardboard, you can see that the body is mainly devoted when you look at the edges. The tubes will devote the length (or width) of the Coroplast are called flutes. This material is very durable and can last up to three years in the sun and weather. In fact, the lettering will disappear or deteriorate long before the body of evidence fails. You should be able to find a wide assortment of plastic sign in your area. Look in the yellow pages under the heading of supply companies in plastics and request "Coroplast".

If you're on a tight budget, I can tell you this: it is not so hard to find old signs laying around that you can go back and write about ... especially if it is just after an election. In general, political signs are supposed to be removed within a very short time after an election is over (48 hours or something like that). They leave enough of these 4'x8'signs each year to keep you in business for months. Take the ancient signs, cut, delete back down (which is usually white) ... then write your message on the back and go to town! Believe it or not I made a lot of this when I was a beginner. I had a kick to generate a large company with an advertising budget of 0%.

COST: In my neck of the piece 4'x 8 'Coroplast is about as big as most of actions taken and costs about $ 8.00 if you order a single sheet. You can get a substantial reduction of the order quantity. Of course, I want smaller signs that I have to ask them to cut the large sheet to me. They charge me $ 1.00 per cut. In ordering the large sheet to cut 19.2 "x 24" sign size I end up with 10 signs and little or no waste. The best I've ever been able to negotiate was 45 cents per sign and I usually order about 400 units. I go with anything 50 cents or less and when I'm in a hurry, I'll pay as much as 60 percent. Remember, "Don" t under TRIPs.
