Online sales of alcohol to the U.S.? What are the requirements to sell and / or provide liquor imported into the United States?
I run a website gift, and we want to develop in specific liquors, as pisco (a type of brandy). We can deliver to South America to the buyer in the United States or, if there are problems with customs, we can import from our office in the United States and offer from there .
Any idea of how the licensed work for online sales? I think Lawas would be different in different states ...
