Personalized Beer Mugs

I get personalized mugs for our wedding, but I need some suggestions to put on the mug. Im obviously going to put our names and date. Something funny works, but still nice!

Well, I do not know if I would put your name and date on the side. As a young married once pointed out to me regarding the purchase of your wedding gift - she says she has had most of the gift certificates because they do not think they really want something with their name and wedding date on.
Maybe what you could do is have their names engraved on the beer mugs with their role in marriage and the date.
As a saying to put on the cups, you can put something like: "Congratulations to good friends and good times!"

Most beer mugs as gifts bridal party I've seen are either the person's name or initials on them, not the bride and groom. If you are looking for a fun phrase to put on them, what would you say "I was in Jane and Joe wedding and all I found this ugly mug of beer!" Or, "One beer, two beers, three beers, speech!"

I would not put the name and date of your marriage, you want something that your people can really appreciate. Would not you curious to drink something with a wedding date friends of all time? Do not put down or anything, it's a great idea, just leave your name off.

To say, put "Drink Me Hardies, yo-ho" from Pirates of Carivean or something funny.

But if you wanted a cute saying, you could have a graph of a knot, and say: "Please help us to tie the knot!"
or simply "Eat, drink and be married! '..

I think it's lame to put your name and date. we had our groomsmen personalized beer mugs too, and we have just had their name engraved on it. is a gift for them to enjoy, they do not want your full name and wedding date on it.
