Personally, I wouldnt like this for too. I mean yes its cute and all that .. day, but after the marriage of your usual guest know what to do with them and very little to keep them.

Do not buy glasses like a personalized gift for others. If it has your name and wedding date on them, they will probably end the good will when I see tons of them. If you feel you must grant benefits with your name on them up with candy in a box with your names on them.

I'm sorry but I must say that if I was a guest, I prefer a plain champagne flute has a personalized ribbon attached that I can remove it later. Honestly, you will find that fewer of them will be ignored or discarded.
