Post Workout DrinkWhat can I use for a substitution of a Protein Shake for a workout, drink post?

Currently, I use Herbalife ShapeWorks. I'm out of the whey protein and I plan to work tonight. What can I use as a replacement for my muscles to grow faster? I read somewhere that milk is good for after workouts, but I'm not sure. Help guys!
