Rooibos Tea

Hello is the rooibos something? Im afraid that if I buy it, ill drink about 5 cups a day because of its lack of natural caffeine: P

Is that bad?

As with any element unmanageable, it is a matter of individual taste. I happen to like roobois tea. You may or may not. I do not know why you care about love. If it has no caffeine, and you do not load them down with sugar, it is basically flavored water. What is the trouble?
