Sleep is important, but the quality and quantity of sleep are more important. We know that our sleep directly affects our health. Sleep is when our brain and body "recharge" for the next day. It affects our mood, energy level, concentration and overall functioning.
There are many symptoms that may indicate a sleep disorder. The causes of sleep disorders vary, so discuss with them and is evaluated by a trained provider is important. Some symptoms may include excessive daytime sleepiness. This is different from fatigue or fatigue. This may be a symptom of sleep apnea. Other symptoms may include often accompanies headache alarm clock, sore throat, dry mouth (from breathing through your mouth), waking with a choking sensation or not feeling refreshed upon awakening . I suggest you talk to your doctor.
TAKE as always!
It appears you have not an easy sleep, or if you do not go into the phase of deep sleep. Maybe cut the rate of sugar and try herbal remedies to sleep or sleeping pills might help?
I think you can stop drinking soda at this point. if it does not work. im not sure what to do.
