Solomon's Seal Tea

Solomon's Seal TeaIs it possible to take too Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus) or ginger root?

I ask because I take this thing called Oona 2 pms herbal supplement, to help my menstrual cramps. My cramping is so bad that I think I went during the 24 hours are recommended. It works, I just need a lot of it.
He said he Cramp Bark Extract 5mg (verbenalin alkaloid 400mcg) per tablet
He also 75mg Ginger (gingerals, 3.75 mg) per tablet
So far, so far, I have taken as directed. I took one in the morning and evening for three days before menstruation. Yesterday was my first day I took 3 tablets 4 times that day and ended at 9:45 pm. I woke my mother and my cramps go, and felt a pain so I immediately took another 3 pills at 4:30 in the morning. The directions say not to take more than 12 per day, I suppose they meant to take no more than 12 within 24/hour. Oh and I made raspberry extract for 5 days before menstruation, and stopped taking the extract of raspberry on the day of my period.
I also took chamomile, sassafras, and Seal of Solomon as a tea and help to keep it until I was happy. Although by bedtime I had missed. I took 600 mg of ibuprofen at 9am yesterday, and 400 mg of ibuprofen for 21 hours yesterday. If my cramps so bad again using only Oona medicine medicine so I could take another 400 mg of ibuprofen, but I try to stay away from conventional medicine, but I missed my tea! The pain is back! PLEASE help!

It is 100% possible to overdose on anything. Indeed I am gone in a class that covered the food and had a daughter who had come literally (as silly as it sounds) overdosed on carrots - 5 pounds a day for weeks. Things can accumulate in your blood if it does not cause immediate damage, and I recommend stopping treatment until you talk to your doctor because it could cause serious problems if you are taking too . In addition to cramps, I recommend Aleve until you can get to the doctor, who may quite possible to recommend a safe and effective herbal. Remember that just because he says it is herbal does not mean it is safe and effective.

Sounds like a cramp bark and ginger tablets are a relatively low dose. You can too, but in general the manufacturers to ensure they "prescribe" the lowest rate possible on their packaging to avoid accidental overdose, then you can probably take more than what he says and nothing will happen.
If you take too much ginger, you will feel really hot.
With most herbs, if you "overdose", you vomit before too much damage is done.
Use a battery to heat to help the pain.
