What is the vanilla / chai spiced tea? Recently I tasted a vanilla chai tea and I was wondering what the ingredients were. I also wondered what the ingredients are in the chai spice. Thank you.
if you got a starbucks type place it has many problems of sugar in syrup form of high fructose corn also a certain type of dye, usually in the form of partially hydrogenated oil vegetabel (trans) to attention to such mixtures often contain many of these unhealthy and non-traditional objects
If you're at home you do not mind boil some form of W milktogether / water for the rich creamy taste of milk add the most less creamy, more water (you can skim all the way up to half and half / cream or condensed milk - unsweetened), with some spices-combo that you like most about this fresh ground (the ground has already flavorr very little, but you can try) cardommom, ginger , cinnamon, Meg C n and / or cloves; the last two items in a small amount because they are stronger and dominate, if too much is added, a tea bag of black tea (such as Tetley or Lipton) per cup of liquid or 1/2-1 teaspoon of loose black tea per cup and strain later) for vanilla, or use vanilla sugar or vanilla flavoring (to taste TN) or to Boil premium vanilla bean into the liquid itself.
Heat the liquid mixture until it scalded-foam in other words, you have to watch it on the stove if it does not overflow at pointthat caramalized that gives the flavor - add sweetener to taste (the splenda sugar honey etc.)
In Chai Tea Latte at Starbucks ago:
Ingredients: An infusion of (water, black tea, cardamom, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, natural flavors and star anise), sugar, ginger juice with honey, natural flavors, vanilla and the citric acid.
All Chai is spicy and some people put vanilla in it.
so you have the ingredients of other people, but I just want to say good choice of tea, but black may fav chai
