What is the flavor "that's hot spicy spicy V8 is? I wondered what was so hot spicy V8, and it is "flavor". Now, what the devil is flavoring, exactly?
Pepper extract: http://www.campbellsfoodservice.com/deta ...
Wait a minute, I'll tell you what flavoring told in a book that I have cooking.
PS I do not see why you ask this question, cuz he does not say on the bottle ... LOL.
OK here we go ....
I'll compare it to seasoning (and flavor) ...
Drying: Can be defined as the improvement of the natural flavor of food without radical alteration of the flavor (such as salt, soy, msg)
Aroma: as opposed to the seasoning, is adding a new flavor to food. This results in an alteration of the natural flavor of origin. The different types of flavoring agents can be classified as spices, herbs, concentrated flavors, wines, vinegars and marinades.
OK in my book it is said that "extracts" are concentrated flavoring ---- So, "pepper extract" would "flavor"
Here are excerpts from pepper: http://www.google.com/products?hl=en&cli ...
I learned something too! LOL ...
PS I wonder why they just do not say pepper extract on the bottle, assuming the site --- Campbell is correct. Perhaps the law, they should not ..
EDIT: I would like to know exactly the type of pepper extract they used.
