I was cleaning the books next to our bed and I recently saw a book my husband, Tom, was as follows: "The sociopath Next Door" by Martha Stoudt, Ph.D.

I remembered reading this book years ago during a particularly traumatic period that I lived with my boss.

Indeed, Tom has been struggling with a boss who had distinguished himself from public ridicule.

During my twenty-three work history, I had three bosses who seemed to be crazy. After having treated several times with their psychotic behavior, shout and scream at me and the other in front of patients, or shoot me in their office for a kind of half strategy plan to improve bakery, I know now, retrospect, that these three people were and maybe still - sociopaths.

I have a theory. The brilliant books on social and emotional intelligence by Daniel Goleman, have created a game in the middle of the wider work here in America.

These books explain the need for respect, camaraderie and socio-emotional IQ people can develop, if they are so motivated.

When the first books came out, I thought they would transform the workplace with little change to a new paradigm of liberation in the workplace.

I thought these books would by itself help people change their perspective and help them at least become more aware of what they are in this life.

Buying Goleman's latest book, "social intelligence", copyright 2006, last week at the border, I asked the gentleman to help me find the book, what he thought of my theory: that books of emotional intelligence have created a work environment that can be described as a game directly because of the ideas presented in the books.

He said that fifteen years ago, he was director of public schools with the freedom to implement programs that were good for children, helping them to think, puzzles with solutions to problems, promote artistic expression.

Tom told me that the lesson plans are an extreme example of lack of creativity that does nothing to foster self-esteem and social skills.

She also has no concept of good nutrition. If a child behaves, this woman believes in rewarding them with candy and a soda.

Then she removes their period of activity after they go bonkers on sugar.

Why do people like that have no common sense?

Why do people like us have to endure their stupidity and madness?

Besides being difficult people can be the catalyst for spiritual growth!

In business, health care and education are all dictated by the power company here in America. The lack of empathy that flows from the top where the bottom line is always about money, is what law enforcement teachers, nurses and business people must face in the lines front.
