Whiskey Gifts

I am a beer & Whiskey "theme gift basket for someone and I need a barrel of medium to use. Something that looks like a barrel of whiskey, but not as great, and I have no idea where I could go buy one. Suggestions?

Because they are smaller than usual cannons used to mature, much of the liquid is in contact with the wood surface and it ripens faster.

If you tell an oak barrel used in winemaking as well .. Winemaking shops have em. You do not know if I saw one that is less than about 5 gallons though. And they are very expensive.

Why not try the garden center, they do different sizes in different materials, wood / resin / stone for use as planters, resin would be cheap, and if it is not 100% authentic, give the general idea you try to produce
