Wine Images

Wine ImagesYour church has raised funds by having pictures of your church on wine labels and sold to parishioners?

Profits are shared between the wine company and the church. The wine is delivered to the door of buyers. I am trying to determine if it is a common practice and that people approve.

Never heard of it, but there is nothing preventing them from doing so.

Are you serious?

No, I can not say I've never heard of that one.

I do not really approve or disapprove. Moderate drinking is not a sin, and I would not blame any possibility of a church fundraiser legitimate. But it seems they could achieve something better. They could sell candy, for example. Then they would not have to worry about under-age consumers, or people getting drunk in their products and cause a car accident.

No, I never heard of it. I spend on it, there seems to be fundraising much better out there right now and make lots of money for the church.

I hope it goes well.

nope .... question
