After drinking different brands of energy drinks available on the market for the last 2 years I have written an article about my experience with the top two energy drinks I've ever had. I used to drink Red Bull for many years. Recently, I was drinking XS Energy and I was able to compare and contrast the two brands.

In my opinion, Red Bull (the brand name big) and XS Energy (a fantastic brand surprisingly few may have heard) are the best in this category.

XS Energy 12 oz Cranberry-Grape Blast has a multitude of B vitamins, good taste, 0 grams of sugar, and can cost between $ 1.50 - $ 2.99 depending on the IBO you deal with (as me), and is certified Kosher.

Red Bull Energy Drink

Red Bull has a decent taste, just a limited selection of flavors, plenty of B vitamins, and may enter into sugar (even if the sweetener used is 10 calories, sweeteners include aspartame used I recommend it), can vary in cost (if you shop online, you can probably find a good deal), and caffeine in a can of Red Bull equals that of a cup of filter coffee.

Overall

Overall, these two brands of energy drinks provide energy and vitamins necessary to do the job. I reign over to the side as XS Energy has the advantage of the nutritional value, in my opinion as a certified personal trainer. Besides, I know I can negotiate a great offer for the XS line of beverages. I loved this line until I started my own business selling this line of energy drinks with other products. For me, this is the best kept secret in the energy drink market!
